Before your trip you should……
If you have ever been seasick in the past, or think you might be
susceptible, it is suggested that you take precautions to avoid this
condition. Remember, an ounce of prevention, is worth more than a pound
of cure…

Take seasickness pills (Dramamine) or get the patch
(Transderm)

Avoid greasy foods and alcoholic beverages

Get a good night's sleep!
For those of you who are driving a long distance, we suggest
that you come down the night before and stay overnight. There are a number of
motels available in our area. If you decide to stay overnight,
reservations are a must because all accommodations are at a premium
during the summer.
