My name is Fred Gallagher. I’m the captain of the charter boat KERRITIM. I am a former Industrial Technology teacher. In 1969 I started chartering as a means of supplementing my income during the summer. I continued working both careers until 1996 when I finally retired from teaching and devoted all of my time to chartering. Right now, I look back and ask myself how I ever had time to teach. Over the years I have spent thousands of hours on the water and each trip is unique and filled with different experiences.
